We are offering a significant upgrade to all TorqueBox® owners, regardless of their unit's age. This is not a recall or warranty item, but simply a lubrication upgrade that makes the unit run cooler and increases its longevity. This upgrade includes our new "Hybrid Dry-Sump System," combined with a "customer supplied" external pump and fluid cooler.

This upgrade can be applied to a relatively new unit or to an older unit that may need a rebuild. The upgrade requires complete disassembly and some precision machining. The estimated time in our shop is two weeks. Torque Trends, Inc. will perform a full dyno test on all units, at no additional cost.

  • The installed Hybrid Dry Sump System upgrade costs $875.00

  • The Hybrid Dry Sump System with a  soft rebuild for the 1.90 ratio product = $1875.00

  • Included in this soft rebuild offer is a one year warranty extension.

  • The Hybrid Dry Sump System with a soft rebuild for the 3.00 ratio product = $2275.00

  • Included in this soft rebuild offer is a one-year warranty extension.

  • Note: If hard parts are required for the rebuild a quote can only be supplied after a tear down inspection.

  • As of August 2026, current new products—whether 1.90, 2.00, or 3.00 ratio—include the Hybrid Dry Sump System as standard equipment.
